The charm of AADC lies on Dian Sastro’s smile, Ladya Cheryl’s innocent look, and Nicolas Saputra’s cool face. Kok fisik semua ya? :))

AADC’s strength in cinematography lies on its nice blend between the soundtracks and the scenes. The use of 35mm film makes it even better.

And, of course, AADC became phenomenal because it was launched when the Indonesian cinematography was at its nadir.

Nonetheless, the dialogues in AADC are not so conversational. It’s the unspoken scenes that make it interesting.
